Japan sitting around his house, probably cleaning or working hard when a strange knock came from his door.
He goes to let the person in to find it's Russia... who charges in against Japan's will.
Japan immediately springs into action ripping off his work clothes to reveal his ninja outfit and they start doing mortal kombat battle.
Japan loses because Russia is so big
and then Japan gets rape.
Hardcore raped.
